Nowadays this is the best fish feeding area and the most famous in cebu diving.Hilutugnan Island is a fish sanctuary area that's why entrance fees are collected and that's why it has more fishes even in very shallow flat bottom.Feeding bigger fishes here is possible like jackfishes,batfishes in large sizes,surgeonfishes, sweetlips,snappers,parrotfishes and rabbitfishes.And also there are a wide variety of smaller tropical fishes. The 45 degrees is not very much in corals but still full of same faces.Frogfishes are found here in tube sponges in black and brown colors note you have to seek for it.We even have the multicolor frogfish in the site.Doing the safety stop you can enjoy watching the surprising life of couple shrimp and goby.Watercrafts traffic is a bit heavy so be always cereful when ascending.This site is also the most famous in Cebu Island hopping.
