1. Shangrila Fish Feeding Station

Cebu Diving at Mactan Island Cebu Dive Sites.A certain Coral Recovery Program from Shangri-la's Mactan Island Resort and Spa few years ago, made this site one of the best fish feeding area around Mactan Island Cebu Philippines in Cebu Diving.It is a gradual slope from 3 meters to 15 meters,where wide variety of wrasse,sergeant majors, damselfishes and some more tropical fishes swimming around while scuba divers are feeding them.A half meter lone barracuda is often spotted on top of the table corals.Yellow colored frogfishes are found around yellow elephant ear sponges, they are found mostly at 13 to 15 meters depth.Non-licenced divers are not allowed to go down to this depth.Suitable for novice Divers.

2. Tambuli Fish Feeding Station

The first famous fish feeding area in Cebu dive at Mactan Island Cebu Philippines.Located in front of Tambuli Beach Resort.A great dive site for beginners and for novice open water divers.An easy dive from 3 to 5 meters sloping down to 24 meters and even more.Feeding the sergeant majors at 5 meters and so many others like damselfish,parrotfish different kind of wrasse is so enjoyable .A chartered aircraft was intensionally place at sloping sandy area for additional attraction.

Often sighted are groupers, barracudas, squids,cuttlefish,3 kinds of frogfishes,blue ribbons eels and even eagle rays and whale sharks in between December to June. There are staghorn corals,fire corals,table corals,tube sponges as well where the frogfishes mostly hanging around.Lionfishes and scorpionfishes are scattered along the area.Be careful with current sometimes but always be careful with the watercrafts traffic while ascending.Also very good site for night diving for it's numerous variety of crabs.Slipper lobster was also sighted at night dives.

3. Marine Station / Sanctuary

A good dive site for beginners very close to Kontiki Resort at Maribago Mactan is., Cebu Phils.This is the site where the Marine Biologist of University of San Carlos made their marine biology research.That is why it is called Marine Research Station and later was concised to Marine Station.It has a gradual slope from 5 meters down to 30 meters more.Shallow dive here is best because of the marine life here bountiful in shallows. Corals are beautiful like the staghorn corals and fire corals.Tube sponges are also found here together with the barrel sponges.Fusiliers,rainbow runners,moorish idols, bannerfish,lionfishes and sergeant majors are very common here and brittlestar as well.Often visited by small manta rays.Watercraft traffic has to be paid more attention during ascent.SOME MORE
